We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions or modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruiterCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.
